About this programme
The Doctorate in Dental Surgery (odontostomatology) shares its first common core year with Medicine before specialising in oral and dental clinical practice across conservative dentistry, prosthetics, surgery and orthodontics. Candidates who pass the fifth-year examinations defend a thesis before a faculty jury to qualify. It is the principal pathway to licensed dental practice in Senegal.
Admission is by national competitive entrance exam (concours). Meeting the academic requirement below does not by itself secure a place.
