About this programme
A specialised mathematical-sciences track applying mathematics, modelling and computation to biological and health systems such as epidemics, population dynamics and ecology. It draws on AIMS Senegal's research centre, established in 2013 around the German Research Chair in Mathematics and its Applications. Students learn to translate biological questions into tractable mathematical models for analysis and policy.
