About this programme

A four-year NQF Level 8 honours degree preparing graduates for professional social-work practice in Namibia's child-protection, community-development, mental-health, correctional-services, and welfare sectors. Combines theory in human behaviour, social policy, and case management with supervised field placements. WU's emphasis on forensic and correctional social work is distinctive in the country. (Note: admission requires a face-to-face interview in addition to the points threshold.)
