Trains graduates in fruit, vegetable, and flower production, post-harvest handling, and landscape horticulture applicable to Ethiopia's growing export floriculture and vegetable sectors. Practical modules cover nursery management, protected cultivation, and irrigation scheduling. Graduates work with commercial horticulture farms, export companies, research centres, and government agriculture development programmes.
