A four-year degree in the business and organisation of sport and recreation, covering sport marketing and sponsorship, managing sports facilities, sports law, sport finance and athlete career development. It is a sport science degree rather than a general business one, and includes a work placement. It leads to administration and management roles with sports clubs and associations, recreation and fitness facilities, and companies that run sporting events.

Graduates per opening: 3.64. ISCED includes Law in this bucket; Table 31 has no Law field, so the graduate count is slightly overstated relative to the openings. These openings are a forecast of need, not posts that are currently being filled. In July 2026 the Directorate of Public Service Management told Parliament's Public Accounts Committee that government "currently do not have the financial capacity to create new vacancies", and that more than 8,000 students now graduate each year while the economy is no longer creating jobs at the same pace. Government policy reserves 80% of entry-level vacancies for new graduates and is achieving about 70%.
