About this programme
This degree teaches you how to start and lead your own business, from spotting an opportunity to managing money and investment. You learn through practical activities, business games and work-based learning, and you work closely with experienced industry mentors. It suits students who want to create their own venture, or to work as a business development consultant in a company or a government agency.

Graduates per opening: 3.64. ISCED includes Law in this bucket; Table 31 has no Law field, so the graduate count is slightly overstated relative to the openings. These openings are a forecast of need, not posts that are currently being filled. In July 2026 the Directorate of Public Service Management told Parliament's Public Accounts Committee that government "currently do not have the financial capacity to create new vacancies", and that more than 8,000 students now graduate each year while the economy is no longer creating jobs at the same pace. Government policy reserves 80% of entry-level vacancies for new graduates and is achieving about 70%.
